Intern Account Manager – Groceries & Specialties (Portugal)

About the role

Support the Account Manager team with daily operational tasks, gather partner insights and help improve the experience for Glovo’s grocery and specialty partners in Portugal.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager team with daily operational tasks.
• Gather partner insights to improve customer experience and address problems.
• Identify tech feature improvements and provide proactive feedback to HQ.
• Maintain relationships with partners through scalable tools and initiatives.
• Forecast and track key account metrics.
• Define scalable processes to enable partner self‑service.
• Review and propose partner communications to ensure engagement.

Required profile

• Available for a 6‑month full‑time internship.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data analytics or sales.
• Up to 1 year of experience in startups, consulting, sales or marketing (preferred).
• Problem‑solver with data‑driven, analytical approach.
• Proactive, organized and detail‑oriented.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in Portuguese and English.
