Account Manager – Groceries (Portugal)

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a talented Strategy & Account Manager for its fast‑growing Groceries vertical in Portugal. You will help shape the instant‑delivery market by driving performance and building strong partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance operational performance metrics (orders, users, revenue) and streamline operations for a group of Top Partners.
• Foster enduring partnerships, improve business metrics, promotional activities, and partner retention.
• Provide strategic counsel using industry insight, data analysis, and specialised knowledge.
• Build and maintain relationships through proactive communication, meetings and business reviews.
• Gather partner feedback and translate it into product, marketing and operations improvements.
• Represent Glovo’s mission, brand values and product offerings.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience in high‑performance analytical roles such as consulting, startups or business operations.
• Proficient in data analysis, especially with Google Sheets, delivering actionable insights.
• Passionate about exceptional customer experiences and nurturing long‑term partner relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence stakeholders.
• Strong project‑management abilities and capacity to work autonomously from inception to completion.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a trusted ally for merchants using the Glovo app.
• Fluent in English and native Portuguese.
• Empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude.
