About the role
Join Pleo’s fast‑growing Sales Hub in Lisbon as a Sales Development Representative focused on the UK & Ireland market. You will help expand the reach of Pleo’s spend‑management SaaS platform by generating qualified leads and supporting the sales pipeline.
Key responsibilities
- Build a pipeline through cold calling, social media, and email outreach to senior finance leaders.
- Qualify potential deals and hand them over to Account Executives.
- Nurture relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
- Leverage best‑in‑class prospecting tools to create creative outreach campaigns.
- Share best practices and enable teammates to improve collective performance.
- Achieve daily and weekly revenue targets and key performance indicators.
Required profile
- Previous professional experience in a customer‑facing or sales‑related role (sales, finance, consulting preferred).
- Driven, ambitious and eager to grow quickly in sales.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.
- Comfortable with cold calling and stepping out of your comfort zone.
- Motivated by sales targets and willing to go the extra mile.
- Team player who supports colleagues’ success.
- Entrepreneurial and creative mindset, eager to learn daily.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Fluent in English (company language).
