Remote Project Manager (Technology Projects)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology initiatives for a portfolio of clients, ranging from large enterprises to innovative startups. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and guide project progress from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate processes, maintain quality standards, and track performance metrics.
• Facilitate clear communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, identifying risks and mitigation strategies.
• Support technology implementation initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
