Remote Project Manager (Technology Projects)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology projects for a portfolio of global clients, including large enterprises and innovative startups. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and guide project progress from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate processes, maintain quality standards, and track performance metrics.
• Facilitate clear communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Support technology implementation initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Effective leadership and teamwork abilities.
