Remote Project Manager (Technology Projects)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology projects for a portfolio of clients that includes large enterprises and innovative startups. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and guide project progress across multiple technology initiatives.
• Coordinate processes, maintain quality standards, and track performance metrics.
• Facilitate clear communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Support technology implementation and continuous improvement efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
