Remote Project Manager for Technology Projects

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead technology initiatives for a portfolio of clients, including large enterprises and innovative startups. You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and guide project progress from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate processes, maintain quality standards, and track performance metrics.
• Facilitate clear communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and timelines, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Support technology implementation initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and Agile practices.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (preferred).
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Effective leadership and teamwork abilities.
