Regional Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Regional Human Resources Manager supports field operations across an assigned region, overseeing talent acquisition, employee development, succession planning, and compensation administration. The position can be based in Miami or Puerto Rico and works closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with the organization’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with field operations to develop and implement staffing and recruiting plans.
• Guide recruitment, selection, onboarding, and talent assessment processes.
• Support performance management, employee development, and succession planning.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of benefits, compensation, and HR compliance.
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and exit interviews.
• Provide HR training and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Collaborate with HR Services on background and drug‑screen checks.
• Participate in special HR projects and initiatives as directed by leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting field operations in a HR capacity.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation processes.
• Ability to act as a professional role model and influence positive change.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with leadership and employees.
