Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our fast‑growing team in Portugal. You will be responsible for attracting top talent, managing the full recruitment cycle, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through databases, social media, job fairs and other channels.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate knowledge, skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with department managers to validate hiring needs and job specifications.
• Prepare and onboard new employees, ensuring full integration into the company.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Create, update and maintain analytical reports and recruitment databases.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch (C1) with strong written and spoken communication.
• English fluency (B2) and a university degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, including sourcing, assessments and interview techniques.
• Excellent organization, communication and presentation abilities.
• Positive, ‘can‑do’ attitude with a community‑building mindset.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using resume databases and sourcing techniques.
