About the role

Veeva Link builds connected data applications to improve research and patient outcomes. As the Data Operations Hiring Lead you will design a seamless hiring engine and lead a remote team of coordinators, turning recruitment into a smooth, end‑to‑end process that prioritises speed and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Build smart, automated hiring workflows that integrate with existing teams.
• Establish hiring and data excellence by creating robust verification protocols for candidate quality.
• Monitor and optimise KPIs such as SLA adherence, time‑to‑hire and training churn via real‑time dashboards.
• Engineer scalable capacity models to match headcount demand with coordinator throughput.
• Serve as a servant leader, mentoring remote Hiring Coordinators and fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Act as risk and compliance guardian, identifying pipeline risks and conducting process audits.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in fast‑paced environments (tech, startup, consulting) managing hiring processes.
• Strong background in hiring process design and optimisation with a builder mentality.
• Excellent written and verbal English, able to translate operational bottlenecks into clear solutions for international stakeholders.
