QA Analyst (French Speaking) – IT Solutions

About the role

Natixis in Portugal is looking for a French‑speaking QA Analyst to join its BPCE Solutions Informatiques (BPCE‑SI) team. You will work within the IT department, helping to ensure the quality of banking and investment solutions delivered worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Define test strategies and detailed test plans.
• Estimate testing effort and identify associated risks.
• Design, execute and maintain manual test cases.
• Review and analyse test results, report bugs and follow up on resolutions.
• Prepare regular test status and issue reports.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) resources and activities.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience as a QA Analyst.
• Strong communication, analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, autonomous and adaptable.
• Service‑mindset with flexibility and quick reaction to change.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Fluent French (minimum B2 level) and CV submitted in English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with JIRA‑Xray and/or Octane.
• SQL knowledge (a plus).
• Familiarity with Agile testing practices.
