Project Management Officer (PMO)

About the role

Neotalent Conclusion is seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) to support a leading energy company in Portugal. The position is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while contributing to the country’s energy transition.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and development of projects, aligning objectives, resources, risks, deadlines and budgets.
• Monitor and follow up on project actions, providing periodic progress reports.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication.
• Administer project tools and resources, including Jira and Confluence.
• Identify, analyse and proactively resolve project risks.
• Ensure project goals are met and recommend corrective actions when deviations occur.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Management Officer or Project Manager.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Management or Finance.
• Fluent English (mandatory); French is a plus.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Confluence.
