Product Management Manager – Portfolio Intelligence

About the role

The role leads the development and technical roadmap for emerging Portfolio Intelligence products, turning business priorities into actionable technical requirements. It works closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners to deliver high‑impact, customer‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the development and technical roadmap for emerging Portfolio Intelligence products, translating business priorities into clear technical requirements.
• Collaborate with UX designers, data engineers, developers and external partners to define requirements, prioritize development and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Manage relationships with third‑party technical suppliers, scope new developments and monitor service level agreements.
• Conduct user research and interviews to understand customer pain points, shaping product concepts and iterating the roadmap.
• Drive commercialization and activation strategies in partnership with regional product leads.

Required profile

• Strong background in card payments or banking, with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Proven ability to build relationships across diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical problem‑solver with a fact‑driven approach to product development.
• Experience in agile product management for data‑driven products.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
