Product Manager for TeamViewer ONE Platform

About the role

TeamViewer is looking for a Product Manager to own the roadmap of TeamViewer ONE, its next‑generation digital workplace platform. You will bridge endpoint management, remote connectivity and Digital Employee Experience to help IT teams tackle modern workplace challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Engage IT managers, admins and MSPs to gather feedback and advocate for user needs.
• Validate new features through interviews, prototypes and data analysis.
• Own end‑to‑end feature delivery, from ideation to launch, and maintain the product roadmap.
• Collaborate daily with engineering, design/UX and marketing to ship high‑quality solutions.
• Track KPIs and success metrics, iterating based on data‑driven insights.
• Ensure product quality, performance and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with endpoint management, remote support or IT operations software.
• Comfort using telemetry and data dashboards to inform decisions.
• Ability to discuss technical topics such as APIs, integrations, SSO and RBAC.
• Experience working in agile or lean product development.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
