Product Integrity Manager (AR5)

About the role

You will own the product integrity roadmap for a Tekever UAS platform, combining team‑leader accountability with expertise in reliability, safety and airworthiness. The role blends product ownership, compliance management and technical writing to ensure certification and military standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Product Integrity backlog across multiple domains.
• Define safety requirements and acceptance criteria throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the Airworthiness team to translate compliance initiatives into Agile actions.
• Establish and maintain the safety management system and assessment processes.
• Interface with national and European aviation authorities and military certification bodies.
• Coordinate with systems architects, reliability engineers, PLM specialists, continuous‑improvement and technical writers.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable engineering work items.
• Report safety metrics, certification progress and risk posture to leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years in aviation/aerospace safety engineering or airworthiness, preferably in unmanned systems.
• Experience as a product owner, product manager or program lead in a certified aerospace environment.
• Familiarity with military airworthiness standards and EASA regulations for UAS.
• Working knowledge of safety assessment methodologies.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is a strong plus.
