Power BI Analyst

About the role

Metyis is seeking a Power BI Analyst to strengthen its Data and Analytics team in Porto. You will translate client needs into visual, data‑driven solutions that support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop visually appealing, business‑focused Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Gather and interpret client requirements, recommending optimal technical architectures.
• Implement efficient data models, write DAX calculations, and ensure high performance of reports.
• Conduct workshops, facilitate stakeholder communication, and present insights to executives.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve reporting solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience with Power BI design and development.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role across functions is a plus.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Power BI (reporting, DAX, data modelling)
• Azure fundamentals
• Familiarity with other BI tools and PowerApps
