Customer Support Agent (Spanish)

About the role

We are looking for a native‑level Spanish speaker to join a leading outsourcing and BPO consultancy in Lisbon as a Customer Support Agent. You will provide professional assistance to business customers across phone, email and chat, helping them with account‑related queries while adhering to regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver responsive support via phone, email and chat to business clients.
• Verify customer identity and confirm account information.
• Follow regulatory guidelines and internal procedures set by the client.
• Troubleshoot issues and propose effective, tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve service targets and share best practices.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Spanish (C2) and strong English (C1) communication skills.
• Minimum high‑school education and at least one year of customer‑service experience.
• Consistent work history with demonstrated stability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
• High attention to detail when handling customer data.
• Willingness to work rotating, full‑time on‑site shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with automated customer‑support tools and platforms (preferred).
