Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Riskified is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale its global paid media programs. This hands‑on role will execute high‑impact campaigns across multiple platforms, supporting the company’s demand‑generation engine and driving engagement with target accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch and continuously optimize paid media campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, Meta, YouTube, Reddit and emerging channels such as Baidu.
• Align campaigns with global go‑to‑market priorities, including ABX, events, product launches and content initiatives.
• Collaborate with Campaigns, Field Marketing, Design and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging and full‑funnel alignment.
• Test and iterate on audiences, creative formats and channel mix to improve ROI and pipeline impact.
• Support expansion into new regions (EMEA, APAC) and manage budget pacing with a focus on performance metrics.
• Track, analyze and report on campaign performance, translating data into actionable insights.
• Work with Marketing Operations to guarantee proper tracking, attribution and visibility of all campaigns.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
• Hands‑on experience managing campaigns on LinkedIn and Google; experience with YouTube, Reddit, Meta or Baidu is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimizations.
• Proven ability to collaborate across marketing, sales and business development functions.
