Performance Marketer – Build Growth Function from Scratch

About the role

Octo Health is seeking its first Performance Marketer to create and lead the growth function from zero. You will launch two markets within a month, discover the most effective acquisition channels and double‑down on the winners.

Key responsibilities

• Run paid campaigns on Google, Meta and TikTok – set audiences, budgets, creative briefs and make weekly kill‑or‑scale decisions.
• Own end‑to‑end email marketing – design flows, launch campaigns and grow the subscriber list.
• Build an influencer and UGC engine – identify creators, brief them and track conversion performance.
• Manage SEO and AEO strategies to capture organic search and AI‑assistant traffic.
• Set up and monitor CAC, cost per signup and other performance metrics.
• Automate repetitive tasks using AI tools (Claude) and focus on strategic judgment.
• Design and implement growth loops such as referrals, content‑driven paid acquisition and community‑fuelled campaigns.

Required profile

• 3+ years running performance marketing channels with full budget ownership.
• Deep familiarity with key metrics (CAC, ROAS, etc.) and ability to recall them from memory.
• Hands‑on experience setting up tracking and analytics yourself.
• Experience with email marketing and creator collaborations, or a clear plan to start.
• Constantly monitoring channel trends and adopting smarter tools and workflows.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.
