Search Expert – Global Search Strategy

About the role

The Search Expert will partner with Category Digital Leads to design and execute a holistic search strategy across markets, driving performance of SEO, SEM, e‑Retail and AI‑driven search channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global Search strategy, assess market maturity and align keyword plans with business objectives.
• Oversee performance, optimization and reporting of all SEO/SEM campaigns across search engines, e‑Retailers, large language models and voice platforms.
• Manage external search agencies to maximize keyword acquisition, audience targeting and campaign efficiency.
• Coordinate capability‑building activities such as webinars and guidelines for market teams.
• Establish governance processes and promote the use of global Search frameworks and tools.

Required profile

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably with large FMCG brands.
• Proven track record of delivering top‑line and bottom‑line results through search initiatives.
• Strong change‑management experience and ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of SEO and SEM tactics, keyword strategy and performance optimization.
• Understanding of AI‑driven search ecosystems and how large language models index content.
• Experience managing search agencies and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote‑first, hybrid setting.
