Digital Marketing Assistant

About the role

The Digital Marketing Assistant will support the Brand & Digital Marketing team in creating, publishing, and optimizing content across social media platforms and digital channels. This role combines community management, paid advertising, analytics, and website maintenance to ensure a consistent brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage the social media editorial calendar, creating and scheduling content for multiple platforms.
• Write and adapt copy, ensuring tone of voice consistency and tailoring messages to each audience.
• Translate and adapt content between Portuguese and English for social media and website.
• Support event coverage, coordinate with filming teams, and ensure content aligns with communication objectives.
• Manage online communities, respond to comments, and handle sensitive situations.
• Monitor trends, emerging formats, and best practices in social media.
• Create, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on social platforms and search engines.
• Analyse performance data, prepare reports, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Support daily website editing, updates, testing, and monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
• Practical experience managing social media channels and using publishing, management and analytics tools.
• Strong copywriting skills and ability to adapt content for different platforms.
• Experience in community management and handling reputational issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent organisational, planning and teamwork skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1 level) and immediate availability.
