Part‑time Dishwasher (Copeiro)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time dishwasher (Copeiro) to join our hotel kitchen team. You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen and pantry areas, ensuring that all dishes, utensils and equipment are properly cleaned and stored.

Key responsibilities

• Wash and arrange dishes and kitchen utensils.
• Clean and organize the pantry and kitchen support zones.
• Assist with general kitchen cleaning, including equipment and surfaces.
• Separate waste and manage it according to proper procedures.
• Maintain and ensure correct use of cleaning equipment such as dish‑washing machines, manual washing stations, pot‑washing stations and waste compactors.
• Use chemicals, detergents, disinfectants and rinse agents safely.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred).
• Strong ability to work as part of a team.
• High sense of responsibility, commitment and hygiene.
• Organised and reliable.
• Availability for the scheduled working hours (6 hours per day, 30 hours per week).

Required skills

• Operation of dish‑washing machines.
• Use of manual washing stations and pot‑washing stations.
• Handling of waste compactors.
• Proper use of cleaning chemicals and disinfectants.
