Recepcionista Tournant 2ª – Turno Noturno

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Night Receptionist (2nd level) to join our team at Occidental Faro. You will be the first point of contact for guests during the night shift, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience from check‑in to check‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Provide in‑person, telephone and email assistance to guests.
• Handle check‑in, check‑out, reservations and billing procedures.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by promptly addressing queries and anticipating needs.
• Manage complaints, analyse feedback and suggest improvement actions.
• Offer tourist information and promote hotel services.
• Support Housekeeping and Food & Beverage departments when required.
• Cover night auditor absences and ensure the safety and proper functioning of the hotel.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a similar role at a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel.
• Good written and spoken Portuguese and English (mandatory).
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility, problem‑solving ability and resilience under stress.
• Attention to detail and ability to work the night shift (00:00‑08:00).

Required skills

• Opera Cloud operating system (preferred).
