Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant - Senior Manager

About the role

As an Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant - Senior Manager you will lead finance transformation initiatives for clients, helping them leverage Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM to modernize financial processes and drive strategic outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead large‑scale finance transformation projects using Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM.
• Guide clients in applying Oracle Financials and Hyperion Financial Management to improve reporting, budgeting, forecasting and risk management.
• Promote the integration of RPA, Machine Learning and advanced analytics to enhance finance function capabilities.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, anticipate needs and propose innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and financial reporting requirements within Oracle systems.
• Coach and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration across cross‑border and diverse environments.

Required profile

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred academic background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management Information Systems or related fields.
• Proven experience implementing Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, Expenses, CM, AR, Project Costing, Project Billing, Grants/PPM, FA, AHCS/FAH).
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, cross‑border engagements and lead diverse teams.
• Strong coaching and stakeholder‑management skills.
