Network Security Team Leader (French Speaker)

About the role

Natixis in Portugal is seeking a bilingual (French/English) Network Security Team Leader to drive the delivery of secure networking services across the Group. You will lead a dedicated team of specialists, coordinate security projects, and act as the primary technical reference for complex incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of network security specialists, organizing weekly performance reviews.
• Act as Squad Lead to plan, execute and monitor network security projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Manage client escalations, ticket handling, and service continuity while maintaining compliance with security policies.
• Provide expert guidance on network security incidents, staying current with emerging threats and technologies.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives and produce regular performance and service level reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Proven leadership experience in a network security environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid, cross‑functional setting.
