Multilingual IT Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist who can serve as the single point of contact for users, handling both routine and non‑routine incidents, problems and requests. The role focuses on first‑line support for a range of standard technical queries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line assistance for incidents involving Microsoft products, operating systems, basic networking and PC hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve known issues quickly, asking relevant questions to understand the problem.
• Escalate complex cases to senior teams to ensure service‑level agreements are met.
• Document all actions taken in the ticketing system following established processes.
• Monitor performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent in French, Spanish and English.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently while being a helpful team player.
• Commitment to personal development and a clear development plan.
