Media Manager – Traditional Media

About the role

Fever is seeking a Media Manager to lead traditional media initiatives across global markets. Based in Madrid, you will shape media strategies that drive event attendance, revenue, and brand impact through TV, radio, and out‑of‑home channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with media outlets, securing optimal placements.
• Design, execute, and monitor media plans, presenting opportunities to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify new media opportunities and negotiate commercial terms.
• Oversee technical integrations and campaign optimisations.
• Control budget spend to achieve positive ROI and ensure timely project delivery.
• Produce strategic reports and analytical models on media performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in traditional media (TV, radio, OOH).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional language a plus.
• Strong understanding of alternative marketing channels and their integration with brand objectives.
