Manager, GBS Project Management

About the role

We are looking for a Manager to lead end-to-end projects within our Global Business Services (GBS) organization. The role will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering initiatives that improve processes, implement new systems and support strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional GBS teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and define objectives.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, issues and dependencies, and adjust plans as needed.
• Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates and lessons-learned sessions.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation such as status reports, risk logs and dashboards.
• Drive change management activities and ensure adoption of new processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimise ways of working.
• Support the evolution of project management methodologies and best practices within GBS.

Required profile

• Broad knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience in change management, business process optimisation or continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma a plus).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate with senior leadership.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimal direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
