About the role

Stranger Soccer is expanding its global footprint and is looking for an ambitious License Owner/Operator to launch and run the brand in Lisbon. This role combines entrepreneurship with hands‑on operational leadership, allowing you to build a vibrant football community while owning the local business.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and grow Stranger Soccer operations in Lisbon.
• Secure and manage partnerships with football venues.
• Recruit, train, and supervise game hosts and part‑time staff.
• Drive player acquisition through creative marketing and community engagement.
• Maintain a high‑quality, consistent game experience.
• Continuously improve and scale operational processes.

• Experience in operations, events, community building, or related fields.
