Lead Supervisor

About the role

Coach, a global fashion house founded in New York in 1941 and part of the Tapestry portfolio, is looking for a Lead Supervisor in Alcochete. The role combines hands-on store leadership with coaching the team, driving sales and building a customer-focused, inclusive culture.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying Coach values and raising brand awareness
• Lead the implementation of company initiatives and support the full operation of the business
• Establish trust and integrity, promote collaboration and an inclusive culture, and hold the team accountable for its goals
• Analyze sales data, identify trends and recommend actions to improve store performance
• Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation and high-level training, and give feedback to improve individual performance
• Enforce company and store policies and procedures
• Help run customer experience strategies, mentor the team on clienteling and provide HR and conflict resolution support when leadership is absent

Required profile

• 1+ years of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail space at the Lead Supervisor level
• Able to lift, carry and move at least 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry product, cartons, props or fixtures up to 50 pounds
