Junior Talent Acquisition Officer (French Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Talent Acquisition Officer who speaks French to join Natixis in Portugal. The role supports the recruitment, mobility and talent management strategies across the group, focusing on early‑career programmes such as interns, trainees and VIEs. You will manage the end‑to‑end sourcing and screening process while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining talent pipelines aligned with workforce planning and diversity objectives.
• Source candidates through databases, LinkedIn and other social channels for fixed‑term and short‑term positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define role profiles and recruitment briefs.
• Draft and update accurate job descriptions and specifications.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews and perform online research to validate candidate suitability.
• Support interview panels, provide structured feedback and, when required, administer work simulations.

Required profile

• Fluent French and strong command of English.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
• Interest in early‑career recruitment and talent development.
