Junior Project Manager – Digital Commerce

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our Digital Commerce team at the HUGO BOSS Digital Campus in Porto. You will support strategic initiatives that drive digital transformation and enhance the e‑commerce value chain for our client.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of the TWIN digital transformation program and other business‑operations projects.
• Collaborate on process redesign, system implementation and integration under senior project‑manager guidance.
• Apply project‑management tools and methods to track progress and deliverables.
• Serve as a liaison between business units, internal IT, and external software vendors.
• Support change‑management activities and help ensure project success across global supply‑chain partners.
• Identify and monitor project risks to keep timelines and objectives on track.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in project management or related roles, preferably in business operations or supply‑chain environments.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a multicultural, fast‑paced setting.
