Junior Polish-speaking Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Polish and has a good command of English. Based in Lisbon, you will join an international team supporting one of the leading e‑commerce platforms, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat.
• Answer inquiries about products, orders, and services.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude while delivering high‑quality service.
• Stay up‑to‑date on e‑commerce products, services, and platform standards.
• Identify customer needs and offer accurate, efficient solutions.
• Handle high volumes of contacts during promotions and peak seasons.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and ensure proper follow‑up.
• Record customer interactions accurately.

Required profile

• Fluent in Polish and good written/spoken English.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate empathy and professionalism in all interactions.
• Effective problem‑solving and rational decision‑making abilities.
• Understanding of e‑commerce environments and online platforms.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and managing peak contact volumes.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
