Junior IT Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Project Manager to join Inetum’s digital services team. In this role you will support the delivery of IT projects from conception through to successful implementation, ensuring they meet scope, schedule and budget requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor IT projects, maintaining detailed schedules, work plans and status reports.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, business analysts and other cross‑functional partners.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, driving timely problem resolution.
• Communicate progress and issues regularly to stakeholders and ensure alignment.
• Apply project management best practices and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in IT project management.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
