About the role

Join a leading global financial market infrastructure group as a Junior Application & Infrastructure Support Analyst. This on‑site position in Lisbon offers recent graduates or early‑career IT professionals the chance to work in a real‑time capital‑markets environment, providing first‑line support for critical applications and server infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support critical financial applications and Linux‑based server infrastructure to ensure high availability.
• Detect, log, and triage production incidents, performing rapid Level‑1 troubleshooting.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineering or development teams with clear technical analysis.
• Participate in a 24/7 rotating shift roster to guarantee uninterrupted market operations.

Required profile

• Recent graduate in Computer Science, IT Engineering, Networks or a related field, or up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Comfortable working with the Linux command‑line interface.
• Willingness to work a rotating 24/7 shift schedule.
• Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Proactive attitude, strong accountability under pressure, and good teamwork skills.
