Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative – Onsite in Porto

About the role

We are looking for a fluent Italian speaker to join our international team in Porto, Portugal. As a Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact for customers using innovative medical devices, providing support in both Italian and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email and chat.
• Assist customers with product and service‑related inquiries.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high‑quality service standards.
• Accurately document interactions and update internal systems.
• Deliver a positive experience in every interaction.

Required profile

• Fluent Italian (C1/C2 level).
• Good English (B2 or higher).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Legal right to work in Portugal or willingness to relocate independently.
• Availability for a rotating 24/7 schedule, including occasional night shifts.
