IT Talent Recruiter – 2+ Years Experience

About the role

We are looking for an IT Talent Recruiter to lead the full‑cycle hiring process for a variety of technology positions across our Portuguese offices. You will act as the bridge between hiring managers and top‑tier candidates, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience from first contact to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for developers, engineers, DevOps, testers, data specialists, business analysts, mobile experts and other tech roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Source, engage and assess candidates using LinkedIn, specialized sourcing tools and direct outreach.
• Conduct interviews that evaluate technical competence and cultural fit.
• Maintain a high‑quality candidate experience, providing timely feedback and clear communication.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging tech trends and recruitment best practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on IT recruitment experience.
• Comfortable discussing technical topics and navigating various tech stacks.
• Proven ability to use LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms effectively.
• Strong results‑driven mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and KPIs.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
