About the role

The IT Support Trainee will join Sword's global IT team, providing day‑to‑day technical assistance to employees worldwide. This 12‑month programme combines hands‑on support work with mentorship, giving you a fast‑track entry into a career in technology within a health‑focused AI company.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve basic support tickets and fulfill common service requests.
• Provide end‑user assistance for hardware, software, and access issues.
• Set up and configure new user devices and accounts.
