IT Risk Analyst

About the role

The IT Risk Analyst will support Wealth Management by identifying, assessing and monitoring IT and cyber risks across the organization’s assets, projects and production environment. Working closely with business, IT, security, risk and compliance partners, the analyst will ensure risks are documented, mitigated and reported in line with the bank’s governance framework.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess IT risks within Wealth Management scope, collaborating with business, IT architects, security, third‑party risk, legal and compliance teams.
• Produce detailed risk analyses, define remediation plans and track progress against the IT Group risk management framework.
• Integrate identified risks into the IT GRC tool and maintain the IT risk register.
• Monitor risk dashboards, record operational risk incidents and generate regular risk indicators and reports for senior management.
• Prepare dashboards, presentations and reports for internal control, management committees and IT risk, continuity and security forums.
• Support policy and procedure updates related to cloud governance and collaborative tools such as SharePoint and Teams.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of experience in IT risk management, IT audit or IT security, preferably within the banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of IT risk management frameworks, cyber security, fraud prevention and data governance.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and banking information systems.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent; risk‑management certification (ISO 31000, ISACA CRISC, etc.) is a plus.
