About the role

Empa-T is looking for an IT Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Mafra. You will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technology professionals for both national and international projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for IT positions, from sourcing to offer.
• Identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
• Conduct screening calls and recruitment interviews.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple technologies and markets.
• Collaborate with Business Managers to understand hiring priorities and client needs.
• Support employer branding initiatives and monitor market trends.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong interest in the IT market and technology sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, proactive, and results‑oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
