IT Recruiter (Hybrid)

About the role

Decskill is an IT consulting company with over 800 professionals across Lisbon, Porto and Madrid. We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join a hybrid‑working project, supporting our talent acquisition needs for technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse opportunity requirements together with Business Managers.
• Prepare and publish job announcements on multiple platforms.
• Source and select CVs, conduct phone surveys when needed.
• Identify candidates that match the technical profiles through various platforms and social networks.
• Conduct interviews and deliver interview reports to Business Managers.
• Edit CVs to the Decskill format.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection, preferably for IT roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑player attitude with a collaborative spirit.
• Results‑oriented, committed and proactive.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
