IT Recruiter – Build Strong Tech Teams in Portugal

About the role

We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team and lead hiring processes for technical and managerial positions. The role focuses on the Portuguese market while supporting both local and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles for junior to senior IT and management roles.
• Source candidates actively through databases, direct search, and outreach initiatives.
• Build and nurture a strong network of IT professionals.
• Continuously improve recruitment tools, processes, and employer branding.
• Represent the company positively in the market and maintain long‑term relationships with candidates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar recruitment role.
• Strong command of English; ability to work in an English‑speaking environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a creative, results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in IT outsourcing or consulting environments is a plus.
