GenAI Junior Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a GenAI Junior Engineer to join our Research & Development team and help design the next generation of AI‑powered developer tools and intelligent engineering assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design and implement GenAI‑based assistants for software development workflows.
• Build and maintain AI pipelines that integrate language models, vector databases, and knowledge‑retrieval components.
• Prototype and evaluate AI agents that interact with real engineering artifacts such as codebases, documentation, and tickets.
• Support the integration of LLMs into existing development environments, including IDE plugins and internal portals.
• Assist in data preparation and curation for model training and fine‑tuning.
• Contribute to testing, benchmarking, and documenting AI features.
• Stay up to date with emerging GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Model Context Protocol) and share knowledge internally.
• Collaborate with UX designers and domain experts to ensure usability and technical feasibility of AI‑assisted tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Python and a basic understanding of large language models (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face).
• Familiarity with APIs, Git, and collaborative development tools.
• Strong communication skills, goal‑oriented attitude, and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Motivated, creative, and analytical with an interest in agile, distributed team environments.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
