IT & Innovation Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a motivated IT & Innovation Team Leader to drive our technology services and solutions. The role combines technical expertise in networking, data‑center and cloud environments with strong pre‑sales and people‑management capabilities to ensure client satisfaction and team success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary IT team, setting goals and monitoring performance.
• Design, implement and support network architecture, data‑center services and cloud solutions for customers.
• Conduct pre‑sales activities, including solution design, proposal preparation and client presentations.
• Coordinate with sales, consulting and delivery teams to align technical offerings with business needs.
• Manage resource planning, project timelines and travel requirements for on‑site engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in technology sales or solutions, especially in networking, data‑center or cloud services.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Portuguese.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer‑focused mindset.
