Internal Recruiter – Training Provided

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Recruiter to join our Porto office. The role is designed for candidates with little or no recruitment background, offering a comprehensive training programme that leads to certification as a recruitment consultant.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals and creative channels.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
• Perform in‑depth interviews to evaluate skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Maintain and update the candidate pipeline, providing regular status reports to hiring managers.
• Analyse recruitment metrics and prepare reports with insights and improvement recommendations.

Required profile

• Fluent English (native‑level).
• 1‑2 years of corporate experience in any field.
• Strong ambition, proactive attitude and target‑driven mindset.
