Implementation Engineer - French Speaker

About the role

TeamViewer is looking for an Implementation Engineer who is fluent in French to lead the technical delivery of its Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and Remote Control (Tensor) platforms for enterprise customers. You will translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, guide customers through implementation and ensure successful adoption across IT and OT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject‑matter expert on DEX and Tensor platforms, designing architectural solutions that accelerate customer time‑to‑value.
• Lead technical discovery and design workshops, identifying business needs and technical challenges.
• Architect, document and implement custom integrations and configurations for large enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering and Customer Success to align solutions with product strategy.
• Maintain market and product intelligence on IT/OT trends, competitor offerings and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a customer‑facing technical role such as Professional Services Architect, Solutions Architect or senior Technical Support Engineer.
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex enterprise software solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT and OT architectures, governance and integration challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
