Human Resources Payroll Administrator

About the role

The Human Resources Payroll Administrator is responsible for managing the full payroll cycle, ensuring accurate time reconciliation, employee data maintenance, and compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements. This role also oversees a variety of short‑ and long‑term leave programs and supports wellness initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Process payroll for exempt and non‑exempt staff, including hour reconciliation, adjustments, deductions, and final approvals.
• Administer and record employee leaves such as FMLA, maternity, caregiver, and other statutory programs.
• Prepare quarterly and year‑end tax reports, submit W‑2s, OSHA, ITA, and other regulatory statements.
• Audit system data for salary changes, contributions, withholdings, and ensure accurate payroll integrations.
• Process invoices, reconcile COBRA payments, and manage benefit billing for employees on extended leave.
• Coordinate wellness‑related activities, handling logistics, communications, and resource procurement.
• Generate monthly reports covering absenteeism, payroll metrics, invoice summaries, leave usage, and bonus calculations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• In‑depth knowledge of local and federal payroll and tax regulations.
• Experience with payroll technologies such as Kronos, ADP, or Workday.
• Strong English language proficiency.
