Human Resources Manager

About the role

Logista is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the design and execution of HR strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent. You will work closely with high‑performance teams across a diverse, sustainable, and technology‑driven environment, contributing to the Group’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate HR functions into business operations and act as a catalyst for achieving business goals.
• Implement HR policies locally, aligned with Group governance and strategic guidelines.
• Develop and manage HR projects such as performance management, talent development, and training.
• Oversee labour relations and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Analyse and report HR KPIs (headcount, staff costs, absenteeism, overtime, training, accidents) for each business unit.
• Manage external providers for payroll, temporary labour, health & safety, insurance, legal support, and recruitment.
• Participate as a member of the Country Management Committee and update internal procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR teams with a 360° view of the function.
• Degree in Law, Human Resources, Management, Economics or related field; MBA or HR Master preferred.
• Strong analytical and results‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in multinational, multicultural environments.
