Human Resources Generalist – Employee Lifecycle & Payroll

About the role

We are looking for a structured and motivated HR professional to own the full employee lifecycle, benefits coordination and payroll management. The role will operate within a global HR framework, ensuring compliance and seamless service delivery to employees and managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage new‑hire documentation, execute contracts or addendums, maintain digital employee folders and coordinate access to operational platforms.
• Validate monthly time and attendance data—including overtime, vacations and absences—run the payroll cycle and coordinate admissions or terminations with external providers.
• Communicate personnel updates to insurance brokers, audit invoice approvals, maintain the benefits portal and schedule mandatory occupational health exams and work‑accident reports.
• Compile data for global HR tracking systems and management dashboards, analyse monthly full‑time equivalent allocations and deliver specialised tool training to newly appointed team leaders.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of proven experience in generalist HR operations, payroll execution, benefits administration or employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with solid experience using Microsoft Excel for data handling and reporting in HRIS.
• Effective communication, negotiation and empathy to guide employees through organisational change and address policy queries.
• High ethical standards, discretion with confidential records and a detail‑oriented, autonomous work style.
