Human Resources Assistant

About the role

Hardwick Tactical Corporation is seeking a full‑time Human Resources Assistant to join its Morovis location. The role supports daily HR operations, ensuring accurate employee records, smooth onboarding, and effective benefits administration.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee files and HRIS data.
• Assist with onboarding, training logistics, and scheduling.
• Prepare HR documentation, interview coordination, and employee communications.
• Support benefits administration and policy implementation.
• Help ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in core HR functions and HR management.
• Proficiency with HRIS and data entry/reporting.
• Knowledge of benefits administration and training coordination.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English; bilingualism a plus.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Manufacturing or industrial environment experience is beneficial.
